CEGSIN AIR CARE

Air Care Journal

Straightforward guides for placing your purifier, caring for its filter and using the AP005C aroma box.

TIPS & GUIDES

Small steps for everyday air care.

Start with the topic you need. Each guide uses the AP005C Series instructions and product details as its reference.

01 · ROOM SETUP

Where to place an air purifier

Start with the air openings. Set the purifier on a stable, level surface and leave the visible intake and outlet clear. Avoid placing it behind a sofa, under a table, in a tight corner or close to curtains and other objects that could block airflow.

Choose a spot that works day to day

Place the unit where it can sit safely without becoming a trip hazard. Keep it away from water splashes and sources of heat or moisture, and do not put items on top. Check the AP005C manual for required clearances and operating instructions.

An air purifier is one part of a home air-care routine. Continue ordinary cleaning and ventilation as appropriate for your home.

02 · FILTER CARE

A simple HF005C care routine

HF005C fits the white AP005C and black AP005C-B. It is available in one-filter and two-filter packs, so check your purifier's model before choosing.

Follow the replacement guidance

Cegsin packaging recommends replacing the filter every 3–6 months. Timing can vary with use and room conditions, so check the filter and follow the instructions supplied with your purifier.

Do not wash the filter

HF005C is a replacement filter. Do not wash it with water or other liquids. Before changing it, switch off and unplug the purifier, then follow the manual. Keep liquids away from the filter compartment and electrical openings.

03 · AROMA BOX

How to use the AP005C aroma feature

The AP005C Series has a small, optional aroma box for essential oils. Switch the purifier off before handling the box, press it to release it, and follow the product instructions for adding oil to the designated aroma pad.

Keep oil on the aroma pad

Do not pour oil into the purifier, onto the filter or into an air opening. Avoid over-wetting the pad, and follow the handling guidance on the essential-oil label. Return the aroma box to its place before turning the purifier back on.

The aroma box adds a scent option to your routine; it does not replace filter care or change the purifier's filtration instructions. Leave the box empty if you prefer not to use a scent.

Always follow the instructions supplied with your purifier and replacement filter. Essential oils may not be suitable for every person, pet or setting; review the oil label before use.
