Why is my heater not turning on?

  1. Ensure that the voltage and frequency is the same as required in the user manual;
  2. Check if the power button on the control panel is abnormal by turning it on/off;
  3. Check whether the red light on the display is blinks when plugged in;
  4. Take a short video and send it to our support e-mail.

Why is there no air coming out?

  1. Re-plug the power cord or test it with another socket;there is any obstacles and abnormal deformations.
  2. Press the power button to power on;
  3. Confirm that the heating mode has been set (red heating symbol appears on the screen)
  4. Check the air inlet/outlet and see if there is any obstacles and abnormal deformations.

why does the fan heat up so slowly?

  1. Switch the unit to High Mode(when display 3);
  2. Clean the air inlet/outlet;
  3. Close windows and doors to reduce air movement.

Why is my heater not warm enough?

  1. Switch the unit to High mode(when display 3)
  2. Switch to normal mode
  3. Check if ambient temperature or room temperature is too low. Test the unit in a different room.

why is my heater generating so much noise?

The higher the heat setting of the space heater, the louder the noise. We recommend reducing the unit heat setting to see if the noise will be reduced. 
Please also try the following steps:
  1. Relocate the unit and ensure the heater is on a stable, secure surface;
  2. Try to apply lubricant to the base if the noise only happens while the heater rotates;
  3. Take a short video for us to confirm if it is abnormal

why are the buttons on the control panel not working?

  1. Check if your fingers are wet;
  2. Try touching around the buttons or pressing them slightly harder;
  3. Take a short video of this issue and send to us.

why does my heater shut off randomly?

  1. Check if it is due to that the timer is on
  2. If the screen displays E1, this is triggering the overheat protection. Disconnect the power and turn it on after it cools down.

why is the appliance so hot?

  1. It is normal that the surface of the heater will become hot during use. For the Radiator Heater, the surface of the heater may reach 80°C maximum
  2. Please unplug the power cord and wait the unit to cool down, then restart it

there is odor coming out of the heater, what can i do?

  1. For brand-new machines, there will be a slight odor. It is recommended that customers use it with ventilation for the first few uses to dissipate the odor.
  2. If this is a product that has been in use for some time. Please disconnect the power and wait for it to cool down. Check to see if any foreign objects have gotten inside the heater.

what can i do if the heater is tripping during use?

  1. The power exceeds the home circuit load. Please unplug other high power appliances and try again 
  2. If it is tripping due to product short circuit, replacement should be arranged. Contact us.

what dose E1 CODE MEAN?

  1. Tip-over protection triggered.
  2. Overheating protection triggered.
